Sue Curran

For years, Pastor Sue Curran has been teaching on the importance of prayer in the church, a topic that is very close to her heart. In doing so, she is fulfilling her spiritual calling to create a “house of prayer” in both individuals and the body of Christ. In 1973, she and her husband, John, founded Shekinah Church in Blountville, Tennessee. Pastor Curran is highly sought as a speaker at leadership conferences and prayer conferences, both in the U.S. and abroad. Her wit and prophetic wisdom make her a powerful teacher and minister. Curran is now an adjunct professor at Beacon Seminary in Macon, Georgia, where she received her master’s degree in theology, as well as her Doctorate of Divinity. She continues spreading the message on the importance of prayer and desires to see that message transform the life of all believers.
