Description

Unanswered prayer forms a wall between the believer and the life of faith. Failure to receive answers in prayer has led some to turn to metaphysical and new age cults or to lose their faith entirely.
In Two Kinds of Faith, legendary Bible teacher E. W. Kenyon reveals that there is but one foundation of faith: the living Word of God. As we become one with the Word in our actions, faith becomes an unconscious reality in our lives.
Dr. Kenyon makes clear the difference between real faith and mere hope or “sense knowledge.”
Hope is always in the future. You never receive what you are hoping for because faith is now!
Real faith requires acting on God’s Word, regardless of evidence from the senses. Kenyon explains why sense knowledge has driven real faith out of most churches today.
Join Dr. Kenyon on this faith journey and you’ll understand that believing is acting on God’s Word, and faith is the result of action.

Dr. E. W. Kenyon (1867–1948) was born in Saratoga County, New York. At age nineteen, he preached his first sermon. He pastored several churches in New England and founded the Bethel Bible Institute in Spencer, Massachusetts. (The school later became the Providence Bible Institute when it was relocated to Providence, Rhode Island.) Kenyon served as an evangelist for over twenty years. In 1931, he became a pioneer in Christian radio on the Pacific Coast with his show Kenyon’s Church of the Air, where he earned the moniker “The Faith Builder.” He also began the New Covenant Baptist Church in Seattle. In addition to his pastoral and radio ministries, Kenyon wrote extensively. Don Gossett (1929–2014) served the Lord through full-time ministry for more than fifty years. Don apprenticed with many well-known evangelists, beginning with William Freeman, one of America’s leading healing evangelists during the late 1940s. He also spent time with Raymond T. Richey, Jack Coe, and T. L. Osborn. Don’s many writings have been translated into almost twenty languages and have exceeded twenty-five million in worldwide distribution. His daily radio show, launched in 1961, has been broadcast worldwide. Don raised five children with his first wife, Joyce, who died in 1991. In 1995, Don found lifelong love again and married Debra, an anointed teacher of the Word. They ministered worldwide and lived in British Columbia, Canada, and in Blaine, Washington State.
