Want to return a product?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders with exceptions on personalized products.

To initiate a return, please fill out our return request form below. Once you have submitted the return request, you will be contacted via email with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return product from one of our representatives.

*The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

If you receive a damaged book, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please fill out our return request form below and you will be contacted via email to determine how to handle the order. Please note, you will be required to provide photographic proof of the damages. In some cases, we will issue a return shipping label to receive the item back before a refund is given.
