Efrén Ruiz
Efrén Ruiz Arregui has a degree in Economics, with a master’s degree in Public Administration and Public Policy, from the Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. He is a young Mexican businessman, whose vision has been nourished by various experiences, being twice the representative of Latin American Youth in the UN Commission for Social Development, through the World Youth Alliance. He has received training in various courses, such as Mexico’s Energy Future by J.F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and Exchange Intelligence by Harbor Intelligence.
His professional career includes participation in government. He was a candidate for Local Deputy for the Legislative Assembly. He contributed to the preparation of the main proposals of the business sector for the most relevant economic forum, the G-20, organized by the Presidency of Mexico.
He was private secretary to the president of the Confederation of National Chambers of Commerce, Services and Tourism, an organization that represents more than 650,000 companies throughout Mexico. He was part of the team of the Secretary of Economy of the Federal Government during the period 2016 – 2018.
