Lidia Martín Torralba
¿Lidia Martín Torralba is a psychologist, communicator, and Spanish writer. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Malaga and a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid.
She received the “Exprime y Comprime 2009” award for the development of a didactic guide on the book “El caballero de la armadura oxidada.” She is the author of various books, mostly focused on her profession. Among them are “Psychological First Aid” (2009), “Crisis” (2011), and “Resilient Personality” and “How to Educate Teenagers Without Dying in the Attempt,” both from 2012.
She serves as president and founder of a training and education project under the auspices of the PREVVIA-Prevention & Development Association. In the field of teaching, she has stood out for courses given at the Complutense University of Madrid. Among her driving forces for carrying out her work is her faith and fervent trust in the sovereignty of God. She focuses part of her career on collaborating with groups that share this worldview, admirably combining psychology with faith.
